Specialist HDD Operators
Whether you need to install a utility under a river, motorway or simply your concrete driveway; the HDD option is the best one for you. If you have a more substantial amount of pipe to install, HDD is also the most environmentally responsible, productive and cost effective method of installing your utilities.
MTA Drill Tec are available as specialist HDD contractors to install the pipe and oversee the HDD aspect of the works. This is what we tend to do on a day-to-day basis, we will arrange a day or number of days to attend site and concentrate solely on the specific HDD aspect of the project. Ordinarily, we will not be involved with the groundworks, acquisition of pipe or any connections for example, this is routinely overseen by specialist utility construction companies.

Full 'Turn-Key' Utility Installations
Our existing clients tend to have their own dedicated personnel for ground works, connections, traffic management and so they very rarely require a full service installation. However, there are occasions in which this is required and we are happy to deliver these 'turn-key' projects. We will oversee everything from the pipe orders and delivery, fusion, ground works and traffic management. Working with highly specialised Utility installation contractors HBC Connect Ltd, we can guarantee the skills, experience and knowledge to get your scheme over the finish line to the same high standard that we expect with all of our projects. If your project is smaller, if you just need to get your electric under your driveway or to an outbuilding for example - we can usually achieve this with nothing more than our HDD set up and a shovel and be finished before the end of the day.
Site Meetings & Consultancy
Site meetings are a very necessary part of our work - especially for those works which require deep installation such as river, major road or rail crossings. We often use these as part of our quote / tender phase and do so happily with no charge. We also routinely visit construction sites and possible schemes to offer advice on the viability of drilling works - although HDD is the best option 9 times out of 10, there are times where the traditional trenched options are going to be the best option - we will ALWAYS give you unequivocal and honest advice.
